Who can use FabSphere
FabSphere is a work app for companies that use FabWorld ERP. You need an account created by your company's FabWorld ERP administrator, and mobile access switched on for your user. There is no public sign-up.
Common questions
- I can't sign in. Check your username and password with your company administrator, and ask them to confirm that FabSphere mobile access is enabled for your user.
- I don't see a page or a button. FabSphere shows only what your role allows in FabWorld ERP. Ask your administrator to grant the access.
- Forgot your password? Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen, or ask your administrator to reset it.
- Camera or photo access was refused. Turn it on in your iPhone's Settings → FabSphere.
- Face ID. Turn it on in FabSphere → Account → Unlock with Face ID. Your face data never leaves your iPhone.
Reporting a problem
Email support@gstpm.in with your company name, your username (never your password), what you were doing, and a screenshot if possible.
